All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable advance deposit.

The exact deposit amount will be communicated at the time of finalizing the itinerary and may vary depending on the nature of services, hotels, season, and destination involved.

For FIT (Free Independent Travelers), the full and final payment must be received at least 60 days prior to arrival.

For Group bookings, the final payment must be received at least 90 days prior to arrival.

Painite Travels Pvt. Ltd. does not levy any additional credit card charges for India-based trips.

If payment is made via an international payment gateway (such as Stripe), the issuing bank may apply foreign currency conversion charges or international transaction fees.

Any such charges levied by banks or card issuers are the sole responsibility of the client. We recommend checking with your bank prior to making the payment.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing. Cancellation charges will apply from the date the cancellation request is received by Painite Travels Pvt. Ltd. in India.

The above cancellation terms are general guidelines and may be revised at the time of booking with prior notification.

Certain hotels, transport providers, or services may follow stricter cancellation policies, which will be communicated separately and will override the general policy.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting bank charges, taxes, credit card fees, and supplier penalties.

Refunds will be calculated based on the exchange rate prevailing on the date of refund, not the date of payment.

Once confirmed, game drives or safaris are non-amendable and non-refundable.

Any cancellation or change will attract a 100% cancellation charge, as these services are subject to limited availability and government regulations.

Domestic flight tickets, once issued, carry a cancellation fee of USD 75 per sector, if cancelled up to 15 days prior to departure.

Cancellations made within 15 days of travel are non-refundable.

Name changes and date changes are generally not permitted; tickets must be cancelled and reissued at prevailing fares.

If an airline cancels a flight, the airline generally refunds the ticket value but does not arrange alternate services. Painite Travels Pvt. Ltd. will assist in rebooking where possible; however, any additional cost will be borne by the client.

Cancellation of train tickets will attract a service fee of USD 25 per ticket, in addition to any charges levied by Indian Railways.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting all applicable charges and conversion differences.

Clients are solely responsible for arranging:

• Travel insurance (medical, baggage, trip cancellation, accident, etc.)

• Visas, permits, and travel documentation

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for the entire duration of the trip.

Final tour prices are confirmed at the time of booking.

Prices are subject to revision if travel dates are altered.

Any increase in government taxes, fuel surcharges, or statutory levies will be payable by the traveler.

Unless specifically mentioned, the tour price does not include:

• Airport departure taxes, immigration or customs fees

• Excess baggage charges

• Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, minibar, room service

• Alcoholic beverages and meals not mentioned

• Any services not explicitly stated in the confirmed itinerary
