The best time to visit Nepal
The two best windows are autumn (October to November) and spring (March to May). Autumn brings the clearest mountain views and stable weather after the monsoon; spring is warmer and famous for hillsides of blooming rhododendron.

Getting there & around
Nearly all visitors arrive at Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM), with direct links from Delhi, Doha, Dubai, Bangkok, Singapore and beyond. Inside Nepal, a luxury trip pairs a private vehicle for the valleys with short domestic flights and, for the mountains, private helicopters.
